Job Overview
AstraZeneca’s vision in Oncology is to help patients by redefining the cancer-treatment paradigm
. As a Diagnostic Executive, you will play a crucial role in increasing the adoption of appropriate testing solutions within the assigned territory and ensuring seamless access to required testing.Major Responsibilities:
- Identify barriers to cancer biomarker testing and execute plans to increase test adoption.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the field, including healthcare professionals and scientific experts.
- Help develop robust testing facilities and support clinical and medical questions to facilitate optimal testing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/Medical Biotechnology/Pharmacy.
- Experience in molecular diagnostic marketing, preferably in oncology settings.
- Ability to travel (>50%).
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Thorough knowledge of diagnostic test development and the regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in effective cross-functional project team leadership.
