Job Title: Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive

Qualification: MSc Microbiology / MSc pharma / MSc related to biotech
Role & responsibilities:
• Perform quality checks during all stages of production—raw material, in-process, and final product.
• Conduct lab tests and inspections as per standard procedures and specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and ensure timely documentation of test results.
• Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and quality-related documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality policies.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare COAs (Certificate of Analysis) for shipments.
• Ensure workplace hygiene and safety standards are followed in the lab and production areas.
Key Skills:
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards, GMP, and ISO 9001
• Familiarity with analytical instruments (pH meter, HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, etc.)
• Strong documentation and
• Problem-solving and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
