About the job
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cosmetic Chemistry Intern to join our R&D team. You will assist in the formulation, development, and testing of innovative beauty and personal care products, working alongside experienced cosmetic scientists. This is a full-time, hands-on internship designed for candidates who are keen to build a career in cosmetic science and product development.
Key Responsibilities for Cosmetic Chemistry Internship at Flychem:
- Support formulation development for skincare, haircare, and personal care products.
- Assist with laboratory experiments, prototype preparation, and stability testing.
- Maintain detailed lab records and documentation for experiments and trials.
- Research new raw materials, ingredients, and emerging cosmetic trends for Internship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, production, and marketing.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards during formulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cosmetic product formulation and R&D.
- Basic understanding of emulsions, surfactants, active ingredients, and cosmetic regulations is a plus.
- Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time from our Hyderabad facility for Internship.
