Overview
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) II at Emmes is responsible for monitoring clinical study sites to ensure trials are conducted in compliance with protocols, SOPs, regulations, and ICH GCP standards. The CRA will conduct monitoring visits both on-site and remotely, documenting observations and activities in accordance with Emmes SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct monitoring visits at clinical study sites
- Review Informed Consent Forms and conduct source data verification
- Ensure compliance with reporting adverse events and protocol deviations
- Provide training to site staff on protocol and GCP/GDP
- Identify areas for improvement at study sites and report findings
- Coordinate with project team members and external colleagues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of monitoring experience (on-site and remote)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with excellent organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
