Position Details
- Project Title: “Decoding epigenetic landscape of drug resistance in colorectal carcinomas (CRC) – (BT/PR56446/BMS/85/813/2024)”
- Principal Investigator: Dr. Rupesh Dash, Scientist-F, ILS, Bhubaneswar
- Position Available: Research Associate-I – Bioinformatics
- Remuneration: Rs. 58,000/- per month + @18% HRA
- Essential Qualification: First-class postgraduate degree, including the integrated PG degrees, OR second-class postgraduate degree, including the integrated PG degree with Ph.D. OR for Engineering/ IT/CS-First Class Graduate Degree of 4 years.
- Desirable Qualification: Candidates who know NGS data analysis, such as Exome, Whole-genome, RNAseq, ATAC-seq, etc., and have experience programming R-Bioconductor or Python will be preferred. A brief write-up (one page maximum) explaining bioinformatics research experience and publications (if any) should be submitted along with the application.
Job Specifications: As the research associate, I will analyze next-generation sequencing data.
