About the Job:

As the R&D Business Capability Manager Associate, you will be crucial in defining how structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in R&D are stored, consumed, and shared to drive business strategies and ensure
data accessibility and reusability.Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D Data Office, business, and digital stakeholders to identify data needs and initiatives
- Drive data-related activities and oversee data functionality
- Manage program management of initiatives and capabilities
- Educate R&D teams on data standards and best practices
- Define and maintain KPIs on data governance products and services
Deliverables:
- Develop a business case and requirements for business functions
- Implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Define key master and reference data elements for business processes
About you
- Experience in business data management, information architecture, technology or another related field
- Modelling experience with standard tools
- Basic programming skills
- Good knowledge of Pharma cross-industry data standards
- Familiarity with Pharma R&D processes and technology
- Ability to build business relationships and understand end-to-end data use and needs
- Diplomatic and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and partners
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, quality, time management, and customer focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong networking, influencing, and negotiating skills, and superior problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated willingness to make decisions and to take responsibility for such
- Excellent interpersonal skills (team player)
- People management skills, either in the matrix or direct line function
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences disciplines (biology, chemistry, bioinformatics, etc.)
