Introduction to role: As a Clinical Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of configuring and maintaining elements of Centralised Monitoring (CM) to ensure its readiness for new and existing projects. Collaborating closely with Data Scientists within CM, you will support their work and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in clinical studies.
Accountabilities:
- Perform basic system administration activities: including access management, change management, issue management, and related documentation.
- Configure systems: to enable CM support of new studies, including data sources configuration and setup of new working spaces and repositories.
- Develop and maintain lower complexity CM functionalities: under supervision, involving gathering requirements, programming, testing, and creating required documentation.
- Deliver standard CM functionalities: including programming, testing, validation, and creating required documentation.
- Configure systems: to enable execution of CM analyses for assigned studies, preparing systems for new study set-up and maintaining system data sources.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Educational degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Life Science, Computer Science, or Information Science.
- R Programming proficiency.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Team player mindset.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience with at least one BI platform.
- Previous experience in life science and clinical studies.
