Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Looking for a highly innovative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individual to lead the Assay Development Group. The candidate will manage a team of scientists, collaborate with clients, and oversee the development and qualification of various assays as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client FTE projects in oncology, ensuring regular updates and communication
- Manage a team of scientists by setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating performance
- Contribute to assay development, troubleshooting, data analysis, and presentations
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as Data Integrity, Safety, and automation
- Review and ensure data integrity in laboratory notebooks and reports
- Plan and execute sample analysis studies accurately
- Present technical data in meetings
- Maintain compliance with company policies
- Build and manage the immuno-oncology assay group
Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. or Masters in Biological Sciences or related field
Technical/Functional Skills:
Expertise in Immunology/Immuno oncology, cell-based assays, gene editing, flow cytometry, 3D spheroids, and more. Experience in high throughput assays and automation is preferred.
Behavioral Skills:
Ability to manage a professional team, communicate effectively, collaborate, and deliver quality work within deadlines.
