Location:
- Online (Remote Full-Time)
- Offline Full-Time – Bangalore Office
Work Hours: 9 hours/day | Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: ₹3.5 to ₹7.0 LPA (Differs for Online & offline position, Negotiable based on experience & performance in interview)
Eligibility & Qualification:
- PhD in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / AI ML (Preferred)
- Master’s degree holders with exceptional skills and experience may also apply
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in research and/or training
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Project Work

Deliver live online/offline training sessions on AI ML & Bioinformatics

Guide project-based learning with hands-on tools and datasets

Update training content regularly based on emerging trends
2. Curriculum Development
-
Develop interactive, modular, and comprehensive course content

Customize content as per student/researcher level
3. Research Activities
-
Conduct in-house AI/ML and bioinformatics research projects

Publish findings and represent Biotecnika at conferences
4. Mentorship
-
Guide students and junior researchers

Provide academic and career mentorship
Required Skills
AI/ML Skills
- Proficiency in Python and R for machine learning and data science workflows
- Hands-on experience with libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and XGBoost
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., classification, regression, clustering, dimensionality reduction)
- Experience with NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK, and BioBERT for biomedical text mining
- Knowledge of deep learning models for sequence and image analysis (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs)
- Use of data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Google Colab for scalable model deployment
- Application of AI/ML in genomics, biomarker discovery, disease prediction, drug repurposing, and patient stratification
Bioinformatics Tools
- BLAST, Clustal, BWA, Bowtie, SAMtools, IGV
- PyMOL, AutoDock, Galaxy, Tophat, DAVID, KEGG
- Transcriptomics, Genomics, Phylogenetics, Functional Annotation
- SQL, Data Visualization, Cloud and Scripting
