Job Description
ICRISAT invites applications for the role of Senior Associate within the Crop Protection & Seed Health cluster, part of the Global Research Program on Accelerated Crop Improvement. This position will be based at ICRISAT’s Headquarters in Patancheru, Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and monitoring laboratory, greenhouse, and field experiments related to major chickpea and pigeonpea diseases
- Supporting seed processing activities and maintaining seed inventory
- Performing routine lab, greenhouse, and field tasks for disease screening
- Assisting in data collection and maintenance of research records
- Coordinating field labor activities and ensuring trial management
- Complying with biosafety, environmental, and health & safety guidelines
Essential Criteria:
Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in data collection and management.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Agriculture

General:
