About Clarivate
Clarivate is looking for a motivated Content Editor to join the Zoological Records (ZR) team in Chennai/Hyderabad. As a member of this team, you will work with 11 talented individuals to analyze and summarize scientific research related to animal information. The ideal candidate should have a background in life sciences, proven content editing experience, and a drive to maintain high-quality standards.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments as a STEM Content Analyst
- Work experience (Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in content editing in a science-related field
- Knowledge on animal classification, systematic taxonomy, & Nomenclature will be an advantage.
- Education M.Sc. Zoology or related life science streams
- Knowledge in performing end-of-production-cycle completeness and accuracy tasks as assigned.
- Good scientific research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- General computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new software tools
- Good oral and written communication skills, with excellent command of English
- A good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Effective time management
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver consistently.

- Fresher or 1 year of experience
- Master’s in life science (Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology). Knowledge on animal classification, systematic taxonomy, & Nomenclature will be an advantage.
What will you be doing as a Fresher STEM Content Analyst?
- As a STEM Content Analyst in Zoological Records (ZR), Apply zoology, systematic taxonomy, ICZN Nomenclature, microbiology, genetics and molecular biology concepts to curate animal and its biological related data from research articles in line with editorial policies
- Achieve weekly production volumes and consistently meet quality targets. Take active role within the team to ensure targets are met
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change
- Take initiative by raising, discussing, and resolving subject matter and production issues
- Maintain and develop scientific knowledge and skills training as required to complete work and stay current on scientific trends and developments related to your editorial responsibilities
Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent role. Team working hours: 9 am to 6 pm IST
