Job Description
The Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) for Pharma Analytics at Thermo Fisher Scientific is responsible for sales in an assigned territory including handling current business relationships, developing new opportunities, and driving sales growth. The role involves interacting with customers through various means of communication and supporting the delivery of customer expectations and commercial goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive new business
- Engage with biopharma/vaccine accounts
- Collaborate with Bioproduction Account Managers
- Stay updated on market intelligence
- Implement training programs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field
- Strong understanding of downstream process analytics
- Outstanding communication skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of sales experience in the bioproduction process
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
