Key Result Areas
Role-specific:
- Execution of laboratory experiments and documenting them in detail in an electronic laboratory notebook.
- General lab maintenance and inventory management.
- Should be able to draft experimental protocol and get it reviewed by the team lead.
- Execution of DSP of laboratory experiments.
- Documenting the experiment in detail in an electronic laboratory notebook and in soft copies.
- Drafting of reports, protocols, and tech transfer documents.
Education
Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Industry Experience
Minimum 3-6 years of relevant practical experience in downstream process development for biopharmaceuticals, specifically with CHO cell lines for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, etc.
Other Competencies Required for the Role
- Lab and inventory management.
- Forecasting of material required in a given project where he has been assigned a role.
