Senior Executive – Cell Culture

About the Job
Role Highlights: Execution of activities of Cell Culture & Virology.
Skills Required: Cell Banking, Virus Seed, Virus propagation, Process development, GLP, basic techniques of virology, in-process quality control techniques, and aseptic handling.
Job Description:
● Preparation of media, buffers, and solutions required for upstream processing.
● Infection & Propagation of various virus strains in tissue culture flasks, multi-well plates, cell factories, and single-use bioreactors.
● Master Virus Seed and Working Virus Seed preparation along with developmental batch activities.
● Upstream/Virology activities for manufacturing of vaccine bulk.
● In-process testing during batch processing and batch-related documentation.
● Environmental monitoring parameters (Temperature, humidity, non-viable particle counting, and differential pressure) of controlled areas.
● Quality management system (Filling of incident reports, raising deviations, change control, CAPA, and other quality system activities).
● Operation of cell culture-based bioreactors, aseptic technique, and propagation of cells.
● Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
● Validation/revalidation/calibration.
● IQ, OQ, and PQ of new equipment to be installed.
Qualifications: M.Sc/ M.Tech
Experience: 3 – 5 years
