Eligibility:
● Education: M.Sc. (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry), M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharm Biotech), or equivalent
● Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Responsibilities:

Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and regulatory guidelines (FDA, WHO, ICH).

Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other quality documents.

Audits & Inspections: Assist in internal and external audits (regulatory & customer audits) and ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.

Quality Control Coordination: Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) teams for testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Deviation & Change Control: Monitor and report any deviations, non-conformances, and implement change control procedures.

Risk Assessment & Process Validation: Participate in risk assessments, process validation, and qualification of equipment.

Training & Development: Provide training to new employees on quality systems and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
✔ Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
✔ Strong documentation & report-writing skills
✔ Knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy) is an advantage
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Teamwork and good communication skills
