Job Description
- Team Management: Oversee a team of Safety staff to ensure efficient delivery of safety services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all safety operations adhere to organizational and global regulatory guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to support global initiatives.
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet required metrics.
- Quality & Risk Management: Maintain high-quality safety operations while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Training & Development: Support staff training and professional growth to enhance team capabilities.
- Process Improvement: Optimize safety processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
Essential Functions of an Associate Manager at IQVIA:

Qualifications for Associate Manager:

- Up to 6 years of relevant experience, including up to 4 years of Pharmacovigilance (PV) experience and up to 2 years of people management experience, is required.
- Advanced skills in Safety service lines, staff management, leadership, and communication are required.
