Eligibility:
● Education: M.Sc. (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences), M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharm Biotech) or equivalent
● Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:

Microbial Testing & Analysis: Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental monitoring as per GMP guidelines.

Sterility Assurance: Perform sterility testing, endotoxin testing, and microbial limit testing for pharmaceutical/biotech products.

Environmental Monitoring: Conduct air sampling, water testing, and surface monitoring in cleanrooms and production areas.

Pathogen Identification: Identify bacterial, fungal, and viral contaminants using advanced microbiological techniques.

Antimicrobial Efficacy Testing: Perform preservative efficacy testing and antibiotic susceptibility tests.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.

Media Preparation & Culture Maintenance: Prepare microbiological media, maintain bacterial cultures, and ensure quality control of lab reagents.

Internal & External Audits: Assist in regulatory audits and implement corrective actions as per audit findings.

Hygiene & Sanitation Monitoring:
Oversee hygiene control programs in pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare settings. -
Research & Development: Support new method development and validation of microbiological testing procedures.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of microbial culture techniques, staining, and biochemical tests
✔ Experience with PCR, ELISA, and other molecular techniques is an advantage
✔ Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
✔ Proficiency in documentation and data analysis
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong communication and teamwork abilities
