The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine (www.instem.res.in), Bangalore, is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.
iBRIC-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with an emphasis on translation. Research at iBRIC-inStem is driven by interdisciplinary teams addressing complex scientific questions that go beyond the scope of a single laboratory.
iBRIC-inStem invites online applications from motivated and experienced professionals to coordinate a landscape study under the Dr. Arvind Ramanathan laboratory, supported by the Dr. Reddy Laboratory Grant at inStem. The primary objective of this role is to lead the creation of a comprehensive review and landscape report, as well as to develop a strategic roadmap for the adoption and use of non-animal models in India.

- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology with a minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience.
- Experience in 2D cell culture, stem cell science, and 3D cell culture techniques.
- Scientific writing expertise.
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reference management tools.
- Experience with data interpretation and management.
Tenure: Contractual appointment for six (6) months only.
