Job Description:
This role will be an On-site role at our Beckman Coulter Life Science, Bangalore Development Center (BDC) manufacturing facility located in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Manufacturing activities in production operation such as Antibody- Dye Conjugation, purification, buffer preparation, equipment cleaning etc.
- Perform purification of Conjugates using different types of column chromatography techniques.
- Knowledge on AKTA purification system, HPLC, Nanodrop etc.
- Meet regulatory requirements and follow policies and procedures.
- Supports in material management by updating the details in local software used for inventory management.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry or related discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible and resourceful.
- Ability to work in a team environment & Excellent communication skill.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in working in GMP environment, an understanding of QMS and ISO regulations is a plus.
