Main Responsibilities of Associate Project Specialist Sanofi:
The Associate Project Specialist will be responsible for processing contracts and related documents, connecting with stakeholders, and tracking ongoing work.
Production:
- Support scientific events activities & external expert engagements
- Process contract and related documents within defined timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding country specificities
- Ensure timely follow-ups with event leads and external experts
Project Planning:
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Maintain quality parameters before sending deliverables
- Track ongoing projects and take necessary actions
- Support compliance-related activities
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Review work of junior associates
- Provide mentorship and training
Events:
Detailed responsibilities include partnering for events, adherence to company policies, coordinating logistics, budget management, and serving as a technology solutions expert.
About You:
- Experience: Post Graduate degree, preferably in life sciences with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder and Project management, communication, teamwork, user & data management, planning, and analytical skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
