Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager-Regulatory Affairs

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Purpose

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for:

  • Regulatory planning to support business needs in India and other responsible regions.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory tools as per functional processes.
  • Overseeing regulatory activities for new product registrations, product line extensions, and new indications.

Primary Responsibilities as Regulatory Affairs Manager 

  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies to ensure smooth approvals.
  • Manage compliance documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with global and local regulatory policies to maintain high compliance standards.

Minimum Qualification Requirements For Regulatory Affairs Manager Job 

B.Pharm, M. Pharm, BSc or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Biotechnology or related areas, or MD (licensed in the country, if applicable, according to local regulations). Minimum 3 years of regulatory affairs or related experience In-depth knowledge of local regulations pertaining to product registration requirements for pharmaceutical products and devices and understand its interpretation as well as Regulatory Corporate policies Have or acquire overall understanding of the local business decision-making process that impacts the regulatory strategy.

Other Information/Additional Preferences:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and drive successful product approvals.
