Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to look after the overall quality parameters of raw milk.
What you’ll do
- Testing of Milk and Milk products for Physico-chemical parameters.
- Preparation of Chemicals & Standardization.
- Monitoring GMP practices and process CCPs.
- Maintaining GLP requirements.
- Maintaining all log sheets as per ISO and compiling data.
- Coordination with internal Quality, Production, and FG Store team.
- Equipment Calibration, Verification & maintaining the records.
- FG packaging weight monitoring.
- Updating and coordinating daily activities.
- Investigation of product quality issues.
- Data entry in LIMS and product release in Oracle.
What you need to succeed
- Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Tech (Dairy/Food), M.Sc. (Analytic/Organic)
- Experience: 3 to 6 Years
- Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Readiness to work in all shifts.
- Positive Attitude.
