Sanmed Healthcare is a manufacturer and supplier of Antiseptics & Disinfectants.
Factory Location: 20 KMS ahead of Shamirpet.
Sanmed is hiring a Microbiologist with 3 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry related to medical devices, surgical, and healthcare sectors.
Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology.
Responsibilities:
- Microbiologist shall report to Manager QC.
- Responsible for all Microbiological analysis of Raw Material, Packing Material, Finished Products, Purified Water, Potable Water Analysis, and Fumigation works.
- Observing, monitoring, and identifying microorganisms.
- Environment monitoring for microbiology in clean rooms/zones.
- Handling of equipment usage logbooks.
- Responsible for calibration/preventive maintenance of microbiology equipment/instruments as per the pre-approved schedules.
- Responsible for reviewing all documents regarding microbiology.
- Responsible for media preparation, plate exposure, and incubation.
- Shall coordinate with the concerned department while fumigation is done in the factory.
- Responsible for preparation of standard operating procedures for the Microbiology department.
