Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with local offices to verify pharmaceutical company data, upholding a high level of professionalism, transparency, and open communication with local offices.
• Actively identify issues and work with local offices to create and implement effective solutions.
• Supervise and carry out production processes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
• Utilize Excel daily for data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Examine complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all reports and presentations, ensuring reliable and consistent information.
• Identify processes and improve efficiency through the implementation of automation solutions.
• Communicate findings clearly, effectively, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharma, Biotech).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and promotion strategies.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with local offices and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Good corporate attributes, including professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with other data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Thinkcell, PPT).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
