In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Being responsible for machine operating and execution of planned production.
- Conducting SAP activity, including creation, updating, and confirmation of process orders in SAP.
- Reporting non-conformities and implementing corrective/preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
- Ensuring adherence to Pollution, ZEAL, and OHS requirements.
- Communicating with cross-functional departments.
- Understanding site goals related to Safety, Quality, and Delivery, and applying them to the process area.
- Ensuring food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Updating the LEAN board and leading lean meetings.
- Following escalation procedures as part of standard responses to abnormalities.
- Monitoring and controlling specific operations.
- Maintaining quality records.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures, equipment operating procedures, standard cleaning procedures, equipment cleaning procedures, annexures, and safety requirements.
- Conducting in-process product sampling, inspection, and storage.
- Maintaining production equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
Basic Qualifications:
- M.Sc./BE/B.Tech. (Production/Food Technology/Biotechnology).
Candidate Profile:
- More than 5 years of work experience in food, biotech, or chemical industries.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts.
