About The Role:
The Junior Executive in GT OPU will be responsible for creating and implementing product strategies that align with the company’s goals. This role requires effective communication with cross-functional teams like R&D, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful development, launch, and promotion of innovative products. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, enhancing product relevance, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. The role involves using data to track sales performance and refine strategies for better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive product strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Focus on addressing customer needs effectively while ensuring alignment with organizational growth targets.
- Use insights to enhance product relevance and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Work closely with Research & Development (R&D), sales, marketing, and operations teams. Facilitate the successful conceptualization, development, and launch of innovative products.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective product launches by adhering to established plans.
- Perform detailed analyses of competitor products to assess market positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for promoting and selling our products effectively.
- Use data-driven approaches to track sales performance and refine strategies for better outcomes.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents.
- Knowledge of genomics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic planning and passion for sales.
Job Requirements:
- BSc, MSc in Life Sciences.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience (genomics exposure preferred).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive growth.
