Job Responsibilities – Freshers Job at Reliance

1. Manufacturing & Project Execution

• Ensure manufacturing as per SOP and timely completion of projects.
• Planning & Execution:
  • Facilitate operation and changeover of process systems, debottlenecking process hurdles.
  • Regularly interact with the Operation team, QAD, and supporting functions to achieve targets.
  • Focus on plant goals to attain expected product yields for overall batch production.
  • Coordinate and monitor manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient utilization of process units and utilities.

Skills Required for Operations

• Hands-on experience with bioreactors, chromatography, TFF, CIP systems.
• Exposure to DCS control systems is preferable.
• Scale-up and scale-down processing for upstream and downstream processes.
• Upstream Processing: Seed and production bioreactors, media and buffer preparation.
• Downstream Processing: Centrifugation, microfiltration, and ultrafiltration skid systems.

2. Review & Monitoring

• Prepare cleaning/disinfectant solutions and ensure cleaning/fumigation of areas/equipment as per SOPs.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted as per respective SOPs/guidelines.
• Perform online entries in GMP documents (BMRs, BPRs, logbooks) as per Good Documentation Practices.
• Update/revise documents periodically to meet cGMP standards and QAD requirements.
• Evaluate and schedule manufacturing processes for efficient goal accomplishment.
• Supervise, coach, and train employees to meet performance and safety expectations.

3. GMP Compliance, Validation, and Audit Readiness

• Coordinate and support timely completion of calibration, preventive maintenance, and qualification/validation of process units.
• Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintain readiness for GMP, FDA, WHO, and international audits.
• Prepare BMR, BPR, and validation protocols and execute them as required.

Education Requirement – Freshers Job at Reliance 

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Science or B.E. in Biotech Engineering.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 0–1 year of experience.
• Ability to supervise, lead, and build relationships effectively at all organizational levels.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach/train team members.

Safety Requirements

• Perform activities related to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Management as per SOPs.
• Awareness of the consequences of not following SOPs related to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.
