Walk-in interview will be conducted on 30th October 2024 for the following temporary vacancy under a non-institutional ad-hoc project, to be held at ICMR-National Institute for Research in Reproductive & Child Health, J.M. Street, Parel, Mumbai 400012.

General Instructions:
- Candidates who wish to appear for the above-mentioned post may download the application form from the website of ICMR-NIRRCH, Mumbai.
- Candidates are requested to fill out the application form and bring all the original certificates of educational qualification (Degree Certificate/Statement of marksheets), experience certificates, etc., along with one set of self-attested copies and a recent passport-size photograph for attending the walk-in interview.
- Qualification/degree should be from a reputed Institution/University.
- Mere fulfilling the essential qualification/experience does not guarantee selection.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the post.
- Persons already in regular time-scale service under any Government Department/Organizations are not eligible.
- If required, a written test in the subject area will be held to shortlist candidates for the interview depending upon the number of candidates.
- Incomplete applications, applications not submitted in the prescribed format, and applications without supportive documents will be summarily rejected.
- The Director & appointing authority has the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Candidates should provide details of two references known to them.
- The offer of engagement is subject to verification of original certificates. If the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, their candidature will be canceled, and if appointed, the services will be terminated without notice or compensation.
- The post is purely on a contractual basis, and candidates will have no right to claim for permanent employment at ICMR-NIRRCH or in any other project.
- Candidates are required to be present at the venue on time, and the Walk-in-Written Test/Interview will commence after verification of all original certificates.
- The institute does not provide residential facilities for contractual staff.
- Candidates are advised to regularly check the website of the institute for any updates or changes.
- No communication devices like calculators, mobile phones, tablets, etc., are allowed inside the examination/interview hall.
