The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune
A premier institute dedicated to research and teaching in the basic sciences. Established in 2006 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (renamed Ministry of Education in August 2020). In 2012, IISER Pune was declared as an Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament.
Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the following post purely on temporary and contractual basis:

OR B.Tech in Life sciences / Biotechnology / Bioengineering with minimum 70% marks / equivalent grade with valid CSIR-NET (Life Sciences) / GATE (Life Sciences) / CSIR-JRF / DBT-JRF / any other National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies OR equivalent scorecard. |
| Preference | Candidate having prior experience of working with Arabidopsis shoot and root regeneration and confocal based imaging will be preferred. |
| Tenure of the appointment | Initially for a period of one year extendable for further period subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent. |
| Consolidated emoluments per month | Rs. 31,000/- + 24% house rent allowance |
