Name of the Position: Research Intern (Under SSR-Head)

Duration: Two Months

Name of the Project: “Understanding the Role of Liver-secreted Cysteine-Rich with EGFlike Domains 2 (CRELD2) in Diabesity” funded by SERB

Educational Qualifications: Students of Undergraduate Engineering or Postgraduate in Science

Desirable: Postgraduate of Biological Sciences

Job Description: The intern will perform the experiments to maintain cell culture, production of AAV viruses, viral titer quantification, in vivo silencing using mouse models, qPCR analysis of genes, western blotting of proteins, data documentation, and maintenance of laboratory records.

Emoluments: Rs. 5000/- per month (Fixed)
