About the role
Manuscript Services belongs to the Publishing Solutions vertical and consists of highly educated Subject Matter Experts in various fields of Science. All team members have studied their subject field up to Masters level and know what is going on in Science. The NComms & NRJs team handles manuscripts after peer review acceptance to conduct: a) Reproducibility checks to ensure that the methods performed in the study have been reported in accordance with Nature’s policies, b) AIP checks which include formatting and subject matter checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of manuscripts for reproducibility checks and creating an extended comments document for all statistical parameters
- Communication with Editors
- Tracking and maintaining various project logs and reports
- Follow timelines and deliver within SLA
- Achieve/exceed set quality and productivity targets
- Identify and suggest process improvement
- Sharing knowledge in the team meetings
Experience:
Desired Experience: 1 to 2 years
Education: Post graduate in Life Science/Physical Science or any four-year graduate course
