About the role
Location: Bawal
Reporting to: Assistant Manager – Manufacturing
Key responsibilities
- Control quality attributes like salt, colour, flavour etc. before releasing to WH
- Cleaning and sanitation of all Crumb line as per the SOP’s
- Monitoring & control of Sealing/stitching/Physical condition of the bag
- Storage of non-conforming products in quarantine areas
- Ensure to use the calibrated line equipment per laid frequencies
- Maintain metal detector/batch size/% online/DPR records, CCP and other records
- Data/root cause analysis of process results & deviations
- Food safety, GMP/GHK of areas under scope of job profile
- Liaise with maintenance section to implement preventive maintenance and upkeep of the equipment
- Monitoring & control of related CCP, OPRP, PRP & maintenance of records
- Perform activities in safe manner to avoid unsafe condition and follow LOTO
- Contribute to continual improvement process through concept of kaizen (TPM)
- Well versed with norms & compliances under FSSC, EMS & OHSAS
- Handling & disposal of waste generated in the process as per the standard instructions
- Shall be responsible for reporting and executing the responsibilities related to FSMS
- Shall be responsible to execute any other responsibility related to FSMS as and when entrusted by the management
Qualifications and skills: B. Tech preferably Food technology
