EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited on or before 24th May 2024 up to 5.00 p.m. from eligible candidates for the following vacancy to be filled at NIB Noida on a purely temporary basis under the project titled “Advance Center for Clinical Evaluation of Diagnostics of National Importance.” The application can be filled on the given link https://forms.gle/N2ntpaTpbxgug3PE8, and applications received after the due date will not be considered under any circumstances. The interview of the shortlisted candidates will be on 12-06-2024, 09:30 A.M. to 03:30 P.M. at the National Institute of Biologicals, NOIDA.
Name of Vacancy: Project Technical Support III
Emoluments: 35,560/- (28,000/- +27% HRA)
Essential Qualification: Three years Graduate in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Science from a recognized university + three years experience OR PG in relevant subject/field from a recognized university/institute.
Desirable Qualification and Experience: Hands-on Experience in advanced molecular biology techniques, knowledge of guidance document preparation, knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ISO, Drug and Cosmetic Act 1945, and Medical Device Rules 2017), protocols, and conducting validation studies.
Scope of Work: Coordination with
multiple centers (involving various IITs, Medical Colleges, etc.) for the preparation of documents.Age Limit: The upper age limit is 35 years.
Duration: 1 year, initially subjected to performance.
PROCEDURE FOR RECRUITMENT:
- Candidates fulfilling the age criteria and possessing the required qualifications, experience, etc. can fill out the Application Form through the link up to 24th May 2024, after which the link will be disabled automatically.
- Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email and must bring all the documents as mentioned above in the original for verification at the time of the interview.
- Candidates must make their own arrangements for the interview. No TA/DA will be borne by the Institute.
- Selected candidates will be informed by email/phone.
Terms and Conditions:
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS and experienced candidates will be as per the rules.
- The above positions are purely on a temporary contract basis under the project “Advance Center for Clinical Evaluation of Diagnostics of National Importance” fully funded by ICMR.
- The Director and Appointing Authority have the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons, and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
- Age, qualifications, etc., will be considered on the date of the interview.
- The appointment can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side without assigning any reason.
- Since the posts are temporary and project-based, the selected incumbents will have no claim for regular appointment at NIB or continuation of their services in any other project.
- Other allowances like CCA, LTC, medical claims, and PF are not applicable.
- The recruited project staff are eligible for leave as per ICMR project recruitment rules and must provide an undertaking before joining.
- At the time of joining duty, candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualifications (from SSC onwards), experience, Aadhaar Card, community and PH certificates (if applicable), passport-size photograph, along with one set of photocopies of the certificates duly attested (can be self-attested) for verification.
- The conditions of employment will be the same as that of the project staff on a contract basis.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
