Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of new diagnostic products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market demands and competitive landscape.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product lifecycle, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing diagnostic products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams to drive product success and achieve business objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to enable effective product positioning and sales strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage product budgets, including forecasting and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or MBBS. Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the diagnostics industry.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing diagnostic products.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
