Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. You will lead analysis, master product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and development.
- Master product knowledge through comprehensive training provided by the company, ensuring a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Guide customers effectively regarding our products, providing technical expertise and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including product specifications, customer interactions, and feedback, utilizing spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Conduct regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
