Vacancy for Project Research Scientist-I
Applications are open for the position of one Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) in an ICMR-funded project titled “ERR-γ as a biomarker and therapeutic target for lung cancer and investigating the synergistic anti-tumor effect of DN200434 (ERRγ inverse agonist) and MK2206 (Akt inhibitor) in lung cancer in vivo.” The project is led by Dr. Thoudam Debraj Singh, Additional Professor, Dept. of Medical Oncology Lab., Dr. BRA IRCH, AIIMS, New Delhi.
Position: Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) – One Post
Duration: 3 years
Salary: As per ICMR norms
Eligibility: First Class in M.Sc. Lifesciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Zoology, Toxicology, or related Sciences
Desirable Qualifications:
- Candidates who have cleared national exams such as UGC, NET, CSIR, DBT, or ICMR will have an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in animal cell culture, drug delivery in in vitro and in vivo mice models, molecular biology, and biochemical techniques, flow cytometry, PCR, IHC, and immunoblotting, among others.
