The Opportunity:
To be a part of a multi-disciplined team providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, Product Data Management, Compliance/Regulatory support and Market sourcing service to our customers and sales associates via the telephone, email, and live chat. The team will consist of associates from a variety of scientific specialties from Life Sciences.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); any foreign language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Should be able to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent tasks.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Chemistry/Life science – (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics & Biomedical Engineering)
**Flexibility to work in night shifts is a must.
