Biotech Inside Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Identify fresh sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calls.
- Initiate contact through cold calls and emails to explore potential sales avenues.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly milestones while effectively closing sales bringing revenue for the organization.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to collectively close deals.
- Maintain a comprehensive prospect database.
- Conduct in-person demonstrations to showcase our offerings and secure agreements.
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Biotecnika, you will play a pivotal role in propelling sales for our innovative products and services. Your duties will involve:
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients, grasp their requirements, and adeptly convey the value of Biotecnika’s offerings.
Sales Generation: Actively identify and pursue fresh business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Biotecnika’s products and services to furnish accurate information to clients and address their inquiries.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to ensure contentment and nurture long-lasting partnerships.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to unearth new prospects.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field (BSc, MSc, BTech, MTech).
- Prior experience as an Inside Sales Specialist is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills.
- Familiarity with web presentation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated aptitude for working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the use of web presentation tools.
- Robust analytical skills to recognize key players in the industry.
