Position: Junior Team Member – Microbiology

Job Purpose:

As a Junior Team Member – Microbiology, you will be responsible for executing the analysis of allocated samples and producing reliable and reproducible results. Your main goal will be to ensure compliance with microbiological quality parameters and predefined specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

I. Analyze and review samples based on work allocation to meet the service level agreement.
II. Report errors, abnormal observations, and non-compliances related to procedures, equipment, and instruments, ensuring prompt delivery of results to facilitate timely action and avoid delays.
III. Document entries, raw data, and findings concurrently in relevant test data sheets, enabling laboratory QA to review reports and prevent missed entries.
IV. Evaluate and document instrument/equipment breakdowns and propose mechanisms to avoid recurring issues.

Required Qualifications

Relevant Work Experience: 2 years of experience in Microbiology
