Applications are invited from eligible candidates for contractual posts for a Department of Biotechnology (DBT)-funded project titled “Calcium-penetrable ion channels as therapeutic targets to manage neuropathic pain” at the Department of Biophysics, AIIMS, New Delhi.

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Biophysics/Biochemistry/ Neuroscience/ Biomedical Sciences or any other branch of Life Sciences

Scholars who are selected through (a) National eligibility tests- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government Departments and their agencies and Institutions.

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in molecular or cellular neuroscience

Salary/Age: As per DBT norms
