We are a leading research institution in the field of autoimmune disease, committed to providing knowledge and improving healthcare for patients. As part of our RheumED study project, we aim to train healthcare providers and ensure high-quality care for patients with rheumatic diseases, particularly in remote areas of the country. We are currently seeking a Senior Research Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Senior Research Coordinator – RheumED study Project
Project Details:
The RheumED study project focuses on designing and implementing an Educational Intervention Model to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with autoimmune inflammatory arthritis. Our project aims include ensuring high-quality specialist care for patients, promoting treatment adherence, and assessing the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention model among patients with autoimmune diseases.
Position Starting: 15th January, 2024

Employment Status: Contract
Salary: Rs. 35,000/-
Language: English and Kannada, Hindi, Tamil
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical and 1 year or more in nonclinical with hospital-based work. Freshers will not be accepted.
Preferred Qualifications: M.Sc. Life Science (Time Management, ready to travel, Basic knowledge in MS Office
and Biostatistics)Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject data collection, data entry in the eCRF, maintaining study files, etc.
- Consent taking and providing patient information.
- Professional interaction with clinicians, nurses, caregivers, and patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
- Conduct electronic-based interviews and interventions for participants at periodic intervals.
- Set mobile reminders in patient’s mobile phones.
- Keep track of follow-up schedules and communicate with participants as required.
