The Department of Food Processing Technology at Karunya University is currently inviting applications for a full-time PhD scholar position. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in one of the following areas: Microbiology, Microbial Biotechnology, Food Nanotechnology, or Food Technology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research activities in the chosen field of specialization
• Collaborate with faculty members and fellow researchers
• Analyze and interpret research data
• Prepare research reports and publications
• Participate in seminars, conferences, and workshops

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong background and interest in Microbiology, Microbial Biotechnology, Food Nanotechnology, or Food Technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team
