ADVERTISEMENT No. 03/2023 ENGAGEMENT OF STAFF ON CONTRACT THROUGH ‘WALK IN INTERVIEW’
PCIM&H is conducting a walk-in interview on 27/12/2023 for engaging contractual staff for the following posts under the NMPB-sponsored project entitled “Establishment of Regional Raw Drug Repository (Gangetic Plain Region)” on purely Contract basis.
Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Microbiology
Qualifications:
- M. Sc. in Microbiology with a minimum of 55% from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum 01 years of experience in related microbiology work
Desirable: Working experience in any government organization.
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 31,000 + 24% HRA (consolidated)
Works to be Carried Out: Testing microbial loads of drugs.

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned above may appear for the Walk-In-Interview in the Committee Room of Admin Block of PCIM&H on 27/12/2023 along with duly filled-in prescribed application form, original testimonials and attested photocopies of the following certificates – a. Certificate in support of age (high school/matriculate) issued by any recognized Board. b. Certificate in support of educational qualification & experience. The interview will start at about 11 AM.
Note:
- The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis and no claim for continuance or regular appointment will be entertained.
- The contract initially would be for a maximum period of one year and may be further extended on a year-to-year basis, subject to functional requirements and performance appraisal.
- All staff will be subject to the guidelines of the National Medical Plants Board.
- The eligibility of candidates will be determined based on the fulfillment of essential qualifications and experience.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The Director, PCIM&H reserves the right to accept or reject applications and postpone or cancel the interview without assigning any reason.
