You will work with a high-impact team, understanding customer queries and formulating responses by providing standard packages. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation related to products, production processes, compliance with regulations, certification, and analyzing
response trends.Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Providing technical packages in response to customer inquiries globally.
- Reviewing documentation related to products, production processes, compliance with regulations, and certification.
- Utilizing good knowledge of data analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
To succeed, you must:
- Hold a university post-graduation in Life/Food sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/BTech in Biotechnology.
- Have 1 year of experience in quality assurance in the food, beverage, biotechnology, nutraceutical, or pharma industry (an added advantage).
