The Medical Activities Hub (Sanofi Global Hub) is a centralized department designed to support global medical business units and the medical office within Sanofi. Its main purpose is to reduce reliance on external service providers and develop internal expertise. The Sanofi Global Hub aims to leverage an untapped talent pool to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
About the Job
The Associate Project Specialist will be responsible for processing contracts and related documents, connecting with stakeholders, and tracking ongoing work. The main responsibilities of this role include:
I. Production
- Support scientific events activities & external expert engagements
- Process contract and related documents within defined timelines
- Check country specificities and handle queries received from country approver and/or external experts
- Timely follow-ups with event leads, country approvers, and external experts
II. Project Planning
- Ensure delivery of ongoing projects as per agreed timelines
- Ensure to follow defined/agreed quality parameters before sending out deliverables to the stakeholders
- Track ongoing projects on a regular basis and take required actions
- Support adherence to associated compliance-related activities and approvals (taking accountability for compliance with internal customer)
III. Stakeholder Management
- Maintain effective working relationship with stakeholders and work with them to provide solutions on ongoing issues/problems
- Regular connects with event leads, project requestors, and End-to-End contracting leads
About You
Experience: Post Graduate degree in any work stream with >4 years of experience, life sciences degree is preferred
Soft Skills: Stakeholder & Project management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
