Technical Assistant – Biological & Life Sciences
Indian nationals are invited for Interview (through Skype / GMeet) on 22/11/2023 at about 10:30 AM for one temporary position of Technical Assistant under the project entitled “Role of host membrane modulation by mycobacterial membrane vesicles in evading phagosome
maturation” in the School of Biological Sciences, NISER, Bhubaneswar funded by India Alliance (DBT Wellcome).
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in any discipline of Biological Sciences/Life Sciences.
- Must have qualified National Eligibility Test CSlR-UGC NET including lectureship (valid).
- Background in expression and purification of proteins, fluorescence spectroscopy and fluorescence
microscopy is desirable. - Candidates having research publications in peer-reviewed journals of international repute will be
given preference.
Monthly Emoluments: ₹31,000/- pm plus HRA as per rules
AGE: 28 years as on date of interview, age relaxation to entitled categories as per rules.
The above position is purely temporary for a period of one year or completion of project
whichever is earlier and strictly co-terminus with the project and not leading to any PhD degree in NISER. It would, therefore, not confer any right/ claim, implicit, or explicit for consideration/ absorption against any NISER post.How to Apply:
