Job Description:

1. Preparation of Culture Media, Growth Promotion test, Microbial Limit test, water testing, Raw material testing, and Finished product testing.
2. Ensure maintenance of logbooks, Preparation of Culture, Sub culturing, Revival of culture, Reconciliation of culture, and qualification of Ready to use culture.
3. Handling of Media Reconciliation, Dehydration media reconciliation, Culture reconciliation.
4. Implement Good Manufacturing practices in the department and ensure Quality Compliance.
5. Maintain a disciplined work culture in the department.
6. Sampling of water/Environment Monitoring samples based on requirements.
7. Calibration of Balance, pH, Colony counter scan 4000, manual colony counter, Autoclave, Micropipette, etc.
8. Execution of instrument and equipment qualification protocols.
9. Work in a team environment with minimum supervision.

Your experience and qualifications: MSc (Microbiology) with 1+ years of experience in quality control.
