Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of global transparency activities for marking pertinent documents such as clinical study reports, patient narratives, and clinical summaries for different regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Performing project-specific activities with high quality and in defined timelines.
- Performing quality control checks of documents prepared by colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate records of study activities for timeline integrity and compliance.
- Conducting detailed analyses related to processes and their outputs.
- Abiding by client processes and completing required training.
Qualifications:
What we’re looking for:
- Educational qualifications: A minimum of a scientific graduate degree in life sciences.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical writing.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the service line.
- Understanding of clinical development processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Understanding of clinical trial disclosure fundamentals.
