Role Description
CuraTeQ Biologics is actively seeking a candidate for the position of Functional Analytical Team within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years or a master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a biologic/pharma-based company.
Responsibilities
- Development, troubleshooting, and validation of methodologies as per USP and ICH guidelines.
- Conducting a range of bioassay techniques including handling and maintenance of mammalian cells, performing ELISA, cell-based ELISA, cell-based assays (proliferation assays, inhibition assays, ADCC, ADCP, CDC, etc.).
- Understanding and complying with company, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Conducting laboratory housekeeping and performing instrument maintenance and reagent/consumable stock checks.
- Maintaining GLP & safety procedures while working in the laboratory and coordinating with other team members as per the requirement.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be capable of developing solutions to problems as part of a team.
- Willingness to operate in a flexible manner and be able to switch priorities at short notice. Seeks new ideas to make improvements within own area of control.
- Being a good team player, organized, accurate, and having strong documentation skills.
