Job Description
As a Biotech Patent Analyst – Patent Drafter / Writer at Einfolge, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in drafting patent applications. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Drafting patent applications (provisional and non-provisional) in the fields of software, electronics, and others.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in drafting responses to office actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Expertise in the intellectual property field, with detailed knowledge of European and US Patent Law.
- Engineering candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electricals, Mechanical, Telecommunication, IT, Aeronautical, Computer Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Science candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Chemistry.
Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
